The world group established the World Bank in the year 1945 on 27th December. The establishment of the World Bank resulted following the Bretton Woods agreement. The World Bank provided its first loan of $250 million to France as post-war reconstruction.
The World Bank guidelines are simple and are followed by it as a part of its activities and operations. The World Bank guidelines focus on global poverty and setting up of goals for development of different countries. The bank provides aid to developing countries to eradicate poverty by developing a healthy environment suitable for investment, jobs and over all growth.
